[EAS] Is IPAWS down?

I got an RWT at 11:31 AM CDT and thanks to Barry's list, I found my DASDEC
also shows, "not connected" with the last IPAWS update at 14:08:49 CDT. My
DASDEC is set to poll every two minutes.
