There is a known issue with a software update that has affected computer systems all over.

Meanwhile, some of the material on the FCC"s action is already posted also at the BDR EAS page:
http://www.theBDR.net/articles/fcc/eas/eas.html

The ISP is working now to restore the EAS Forum pages.
