[EAS] CPG 1-40, 1-41

[Richard Langevin - EMERMGTX]

In reviewing my county EAS plan to rewrite it for CAP and IPAWS there is a reference to FEMA CPG 1-40 1-41
I cannot find them on line and I have heard that they were retired and or superseded. Does anyone know what is the current guidance for this?
