Agree about the "are u sure", but that may not work for automation systems. Wonder if there is a way to compare to see if more than one EAS source input to confirm it's real. The days of looking at a red envelope are over, and PEP stations are it, so I suppose that's the fail safe, correct?

We are a public television station, and do not have news department. Although the president will speak, management here is wondering if it might be best for viewers to switch channels to a commercial news station radio or TV. That's the current thinking on this end.
