        The message for radio is what the Feds decide to
        send - estimated at three minutes. TV, of course,
        wants to have something to put on the screen, 
        while radio has no such need. 

        Although we should not put it past bureaucrats
        to ask for something at the last moment, 
        I would not worry about this statement ... 

        By the way ... I was informed of an "emergency approval"
        from the OMB that the FCC sought in the middle of 
        September. Some curious statements there....
