Adobe Acrobat will allow you to do that. In the Print dialog box, go to 
the "Page scaling" drop-down, choose "Multiple pages per sheet", and 
under "Pages per sheet" select "Custom" from the drop-down and then your 
choice in the boxes next to the drop-down. I used 5 by 5. Got the whole 
thing on one sheet...

I'm using Acrobat Pro 7.0. With newer versions of Acrobat or any version 
of Adobe Reader YMMV, but I don't know why they wouldn't offer the same 
functionality...
