And in the past, how many FCC licensed stations have ever logged into the 
CDBS database to check their records?  This is an opportunity to ferret out 
the errors and to fix EAS gear prior to the test.  Look at it as an 
incentive to move on issues some have neglected for years.  Better to fix it 
all now then when the wolf comes knocking on your door.
