Agreed most of the requirements are asinine. Never the less....you can
1) Call your counsel or consultant to waste their time and the licensees
money to fill them out; 2) do it yourself.
The latter....go to {fccinfo.com}
Enter the desired station's call sign for the search. When the station
(s) come up, click on the station of specific interest. Then click on
the {MAP IT} icon. The coordinates of the transmitter are from the CDBS
and are given in a number of flavors including pure decimal point to 5
digits. Which is sub-second. Please note: I can not speak for the
accuracy of the conversion. But I suspect with this site developed by
and maintained by good engineering folks, there is a presumption the
calculations are very close.
Hats off to Dan Ryson for creating what is arguably ***the*** most
useful tool for me on the web. It has saved me (and many others like
me) literally weeks of work since the system went live.
