The FCC has released its instructions and reporting information.

A couple of surprises were included:
	1. There is an EAS Handbook for November 9, 2011
You are *required* to download it and print it and post it
	at your control point.

	2. There is now a page shown for the *three* report forms
that will be required. (You may also report by mail or
courier, but what form is required has not been stated).
The key point is that in the next two weeks, you are
*required* to fill out Form 1 if you plan to report via
	the Internet.

Links to the Handbook, the Forms page, and the FCC EAS Test
Info page are now on-line at http://wwwTheBDR.net

There is also a link to the NAB pre-test checklist.

Likely that is all you need. Do not worry about anything aside from
making sure you can receive your LP-1 and LP-2 and the FIPS
code from Washington DC is entered. You may wish to place
the unit in autoforward - however, the EAN is supposed to
override that.

More information is available on the BDR EAS page:
	http://www.TheBDR.net/articles/fcc/eas/eas.html

Hope this is helpful to you.
