[EAS] Should the RWT EAS Code be abolished?

You know, all this discussion is great...
Unfortunately probably a lot of these great ideas never got
transmitted to the FCC when they were asking for input.
Why do I say that?....Because most people don't take the time
To file comments.  Those that do, have a lot of 'say' in how things
Turn out.  

>From what I am hearing, the new Part 11 rules may be out 
Before the end of the year.....Then we will have something 
To really chew on.

It may be some time before the FCC is in the process of 
Changing its EAS Rules ....Lets see how the next version looks.
Who knows...The RWT might indeed go away...if it does not...
Well we know what to do.
