[EAS] Should the RWT EAS Code be abolished?

But someone, hopefully several know where to find the EAS box and how to push the correct button.
 
A paper tape or log file indicates the unit is still powered up and operational.
 
If it weren't for RWT's I wouldn't know it was time to reprogram my TFT's unless we missed an actual alert or RMT.

        One size does not fit all.

        If no one is monitoring you,
        and as is normal in most places,
        initiating a test does not
        accomplish much, unless someone
        is listening.

        In this town, 20 odd stations
        all listen to the LP1/LP2/NWS,
        so none of their tests actually
        are heard by anyone to verify.
