[EAS] Should the RWT EAS Code be abolished?

        The point is the R of RWT ... required.
        There is no need to require it.  Even
        the NWS sends a weekly test in some 
        areas that can be used to test.

        And, fellow local broadcasters ought to be
        happy to help one another on this ... 

        One size does not fit all.
