Hahaha, i have to laugh at this.
..."initial monitoring reports indicate about 80% of radio and
television stations received and nominally relayed the test message. "
Umm, yeah, they triggered, but i doubt they "nominally relayed the
message" since the message was mostly garbled if fed from the wrong
point, and several points all over the country had reports of this.
80% is someone being very optimistic. 50%, maybe.
