Hey all...

I really think we are whizzing in the wind thinking there will ever be a
Governor's Must Carry that CAP needs to worry about....

In the event of an actual emergency, most governors I know of will be hiding
under their desk or in a secure bunker trying to figure out how to blame it
on the opposing party!

Seriously....unless the governor and/or his staff actively participates in
drills and testing of the state system, they will have no clue what to
do...how to get audio (live or recorded) into the system or even what code
applies to the "disaster" of the day.

By the time they read the instruction book on the ENDEC...the story will no
doubt be on radio and TV and probably even PRINTED in the paper.

I know there are those who think their state is "leading the way" with
CAP...but REALLY....if Yellowstone blows or a bus size meteor hits...do you
honestly think your governor will know what to do?
