[EAS] CAP Converters

Mike, I agree with you on this one.  The GMC issue indeed places a cloud
over these devices....There are other factors - 

> Newer EAS boxes have a great deal more features than did the old ones that
make them a good deal more user friendly, for example, Networkable, no more
paper tape logging, remote access.

> You are still left with the old EAS box than may well be getting long in
the tooth and more subject to failures.  Many of these are 10-15 years old.
10 years from now, they will be 20-25 years old and will likely be the
oldest device you have in the rack.

My advice - Buy a new full featured new one.
