[EAS] Buffering or Joining in progress feeds: concept of operations

When I read -

I am reminded that not all EAS boxes are the same...    With the legacy 
Equipment out there I suspect that a number were purchase based on 
Price and not on features.     Certainly the present generation of equipment

Is more feature rich.   Let us hope that better decisions are made this
time.
