[EAS] National test won't be shown on AT&T U-verse?

It isn't easy to tell - if your unit didn't buffer, you'll hear an
upcut on your output. If the unit up the line from you didn't buffer,
you'll also hear the upcut on your output - because that's all the
audio that was sent to you.

If there is a unit that doesn't buffer anywhere in the chain between
the PEP and you, you won't be able to tell where the front of the
audio was lost, unless you recorded your input (or the station you
heard it from recorded there output. You will be able to figure it
out, but it isn't easy and needs the help over everyone in the chain
between the PEP units (which do not upcut) and you.

Also, one other oddity - in a very few cases, you might not have
heard the first set of headers, but the second - and that will also
sound like an upcut. This is pretty unlikely though.

The mfg's that don't buffer know that they don't - they should just say so.
