[EAS] Views from an "outsider"

 I had the opportunity to see the test in the engineer's office at a local outlet - an AM and 2 FM. The AM and one FM are LP1's. The tones fired off about three seconds late, the audio was good although there were some echoes. Another station may have had its level a bit high, causing some audio problems. The message was very listenable on all three frequencies.
