Harold's instructions for the Sage also hold true for the TFT EAS911 and EAS911D: no programming changes are needed for the November 9 nationwide test. No Events to forward nor locations (FIPS) need to be changed.
In fact, putting in the Washington DC FIPS code as a location to autoforward may be counter productive. If, after the nationwide test, your unit were to receive some other Event that just happened to include the FIPS code for Washington DC, your unit might just forward it, even if Washington DC is not in your coverage area.

The KOGO article says that "it might be smart to put the DC FIPS code in your boxes...'just in case' "
For Sage users - if you have the ENDEC's defaults, which is most of you, or if you have made any modifications to you EAN filter and have checked it per http://www.sagealertingsystems.com/SB_002.pdf, you don't need to make any changes. The default settings use a wildcard for location, and will carry the EAN without modification.
