I hate to sound like a stuck record ....However, I feel that state and local
governments should be providing the public warning messages to us.
Here in Washington State -
The State 'broadcasts' State Level warnings using two methods -
1- CAP via MyStateUSA
2 -Via the legacy State Relay Network (Microwave feed VHF transmitters
throughout the state)
In most cases local warnings are provided by the local governments via
shared use of existing government radio channels.
