[EAS] Single point entry of CAP messages

I will also say that if FEMA is using a CDN and they provide a domain
name instead of an ip address they could have servers in every data
center in the country and it would appear as a single server to the
users.

I did hear that FEMA is working with Google on a project. Who is to
say that Google won't become the Internet distribution point? Isn't
Eric Schmidt (former CEO of Google) the President's technology
advisor?

I see CAP and IP distribution as a great primary method of alerting,
and keep the existing EAS model as a backup. And if I recall correctly
that is the plan for now.

Then again, I could be wrong... Didn't get much sleep this week. :)
