[EAS] Part 11 Rewrite Notice on circulation now

BWWG has learned from a source that the long-awaited Part 11 rewrite Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) is now on circulation with the Commissioners with instructions from the Chairman to expedite it. This should mean the NPRM will be released within the next few weeks. As you may remember from an earlier posting here, we learned during NAB that the intention of the FCC is to "fast track" the Comment and Reply period.
