A - MyStateUSA - Boise and, as I understand it, other locations as well.

A - This far Washington State is the only one doing this, however, it is
my understanding that Oregon and Idaho are going to join the party.

A - This is not as difficult as one would think.   After the FCC does
their
thing we will re-write our plan.
