        Not only Comcast. I know a station with at T-1 that is
        throttled at 350 kbps ... and the ISP started telling
        them they were doing something wrong.

        And it isn't an extreme few that are without
        solid Internet.  Quite a number of stations
        are on dialup, satellite, or no Internet at all.
