[EAS] General Question: Can't it be a software solution?

We here in Washington State have some experience with this -
(watch the webinar tomorrow).   Trust me - buy a new, state of the art
EAS endec and move on.

Frankly, I would avoid anything that requires rather constant human
intervention and the use of the 3-finger control function.

Those of us that have been doing HD-R for a few years have war-stories
to support this.
