[EAS] FEMA Gives IPAWS Users More Transition Time

Sorry for the double posts today - lots (good!) happening with EAS and IPAWS lately.
 
For those of you in Emergency Management, you are no doubt aware that FEMA was to decommission DMIS tomorrow, and for those of you developers, you were to transition to OPEN 2.0 tomorrow.
 
FEMA announced today it has given IPAWS-OPEN users a 1-month reprieve on this transition, extending the current status quo to now expire on July 31, 2011.
