[EAS] A question...

Here's a different but related question.
I have talked with a part time DJ at a small local station in the heartland. He was complaning that he could not download the new releases from some artists that chose not to release CDs. The reason he could not download the songs was the station only had dial-up internet access and it was so slow an unreliable that most filesz he tried to download overnight wound up corrupted and unusable.
So how wil this station connect its new EAS box to the net for IP alerts?
