[EAS] EAS on Internet Streams

I've noticed that more than a few stations do not feed EAS on their Internet
streams.  Is it just me or does this seem strange?

Stations promote on line listening and aps yet can't feed emergency
information to those listeners.  Are they less important than over the air?

I would think that the mad rush to CAP and IPAWS would have addressed this
glaring inconsistency.
