That would require that the FCC issue licenses only to stations in
incorporated towns instead of railroad sidings, freeway interchanges,
wellheads, ghost towns, reservations and other wanna-be communities.

Maybe in the "public interest" ALL broadcast stations actually have a studio
in their city of license!
