[EAS] Staying positive and focusing on issues.

I would very much personally appreciate it if postings to this list do not take on the appearance of attacks in any form on persons or agencies. There are people in government who are trying their best to do the job they were hired for, who have some great experience with our industry and are trying their best with limited resources to make things work. They have met with some success so far, but, as we know, they (an all of us) still face many challenges to improve public warnings. My goal (and I hope all of us on this list) is to see an effective, positive public/private partnership come together. That will be much easier to achieve if we can simply deal with technical issues and problems, and keep disparaging remarks off this list.
