... " After three weeks of intensive investigation, FEMA identified the source of all the audio problems during the National EAS Test: the Failsafe. The offending failsafe was promptly fired and after a nationwide search committee was appointed, a new failsafe was installed. FEMA says there will never be another audio problem with National EAS tests."
