is that the old IEMA network ?

there was one of the old Motrac IDOT base stations up in Farmer's Bank 
elevator penthouse here (Jacksonville) in the late 80's

don't know if its still there or if its been upgraded...probably not, 
knowing State of IL....well, maybe to a Micor <VBG>
