[EAS] EAS on Internet Streams

One of the big selling points used against broadcasters by the mobile device crowd as they clamor for more spectrum is their supposed ability to provide emergency messaging.  Why would we not want to battle that by providing the same EAS messaging we use on the air to those who are listening via Aps and other on line sources.  I've read here all the reasons why it can't be done but if we are serious about serving the public and about our online efforts, it seems we should find a way to include EAS on the Internet stream.
