I need to better understand how CAP compliance is attained in view of the rule that each station has to have a Enc/Dec.
 
It appears that if you have an Sage box, and those are essentially one per station, that I have to replace the box to be compliant?  Is it possible to externally adapt a single CAP device to provide connectivity to two Sage units?
