[EAS] NAB EAS meeting

Marcos/Everyone:

SBE did not put together an EAS meeting this year as it has in the past.

Our thing, the  Broadcast Warning Working Group, did not have enough time and resources to put one together in time for this year.

The NAB Broadcast Engineering Conference will have an EAS panel on Wednesday morning that I will be attending and reporting on.
