[EAS] IPAWS conformity assessment update

We are pleased to advise the broadcast and cable communities that the following two advanced EAS products successfully completed the IPAWS CA test:
  
   - the DASDEC-II from Digital Alert Systems (a division of Monroe Electronics), and 
 
   - the R189 One-Net from Monroe Electronics.

The DASDEC-II is best known in the broadcast industry.  The One-Net currently serves over 60% of the cable television industry.

We would also extend our thanks to FEMA and the IPAWS CA team.  We found that the assessment process was conducted with thoroughness and the utmost professionalism by the IPAWS CA team at Eastern Kentucky University and SAIC (NIMS support group).
