Hi Gary,

I think HV but it could have been both since his spraying was in the 
vicinity of the output tubes!
Fortunately I wasn't there at the time, but I did lecture him well when I 
found out.  And he did have a skin burn to prove it too.  He had one hand on 
the cabinet of course!  Bad..bad.  BC-1H's did not have interlocks on the 
side panel near the tubes.  So you could actually operate the TX with the 
side panel removed.  Those boxes were potential widow makers.
