Hi Rene,

The Providence Ampliphase ran the original tube exciter.
I completely understand the to-do to keep that in spec.
Always thought that a possible solid-state modern version
of the exciter using PLL's where needed could keep the phase angle constant.

When WLKW would go off at sunset, I'd hear WNTY in CT, then the 990 in
Somerset PA, then WIBG.
