[BC] What brought me into radio

My memory of Radio Row was run down stores chock full of surplus stuff
including broadcast transmitters. Out on the sidewalk you could find huge
oil filled magnifiers used to increase the size of TV screens for early sets
that used rather tiny CRT's. Cardboard boxes overflowing with all sorts of
goodies lined the sidewalks in front of the stores. Then it was all torn
down to make way for the World Trade Center and I thought WTF not WTC.
