 Much software, OS's, are ( and Linux has been for many years ) IPv6.
 Many new routers are. Legacy stuff is not.
 As the old fails, and gets replaced, the new will provide IPv6.
 You won't see it as ubiquitous until all the old has failed, or been
 replaced for other reasons.
 Likely you won't see it in LAN's for a very, very long time.
