Any of these drivers are equally safe if he or she is the only car on the 
road. Most of the danger arises from the interaction among drivers sharing 
the road. Massachusetts, where I live, is infamous for its crazy drivers, 
and in my experience almost any driver is safe if he or she is 
anticipated. It's the surprises, when someone does something you don't 
expect, that are deadly.

Google's self-driving cars can't get here soon enough as far as I am 
concerned.
