[BC] Premiere Radio Networks moving??

Point to point using BRIC-links?  :-)  There are ways to make AoIP work but 
not the cheap simple IP stream whose latency due to requisite large buffers 
is all over the place.  Actually we still await good broadcast modes over IP 
which would help immensely to distribute the same programming to many 
destinations while using only one output stream.
