[BC] Headphone advice wanted

Hi Kevin,

No, I purchased the Stax Lambda Pro IV back in late 1980's at dealer cost
and that still set me back around $750 then.   It included its own class-A
HV FET amplifier.  The transducers are rectangular, very lightweight.  Stax
went out of business for a few years and I see they're now back on the
scene.  By comparison the SR-009 with matching amplifier will set you back
closer to $6,500!

Anyhow this is the best sound I've ever heard from any audio transducer.  I
love my lambda Pro IV's.  I'm sure the SR-009 sounds the same but for a
crazy premium price.
