Correct. It has a characteristic impedance of 110 ohms +/-.  I have a 700 foot
run of it to my STL site sourced and loaded this way, and it's flat from 20 Hz
to well past 100 kHz - the only limitations are the transformers.

You must treat CAT and other cable as a transmission line, for that is what
it actually is.
