Mostly.
There's also the size/capacitance of the blades, stuff like that.

He was talking about CAT-5 stranded.
CAT-5 is, what, #32 wire, while the 66B is designed
for #24 solid.
Not saying it can't be done, nor that some of us haven't done it.
Just that it's not recommended, and that there are valid reasons.
