[BC] Profanity Delay

We started using the Twenty Five-7 (or 25-7, or 25-Seven) Program Delay 
Manager about a year ago. They work nicely for us. The PD Alert email 
function was a big plus for us. When Dumped, the system sends an email 
with before and after audio. Versatile setup, it will also delay a 
stream of data as well, If I recall.
