[BC] WestwoodOne changing to Wegener receivers

When did they decide they were doing this - and which boxes are they
replacing? I have yet to see ours come through the door. We have 2 XDS
boxes (from the old Cumulus side) and 1 MAX (from the OLD WW1), and I¹ll
be a VERY unhappy camper if they pull the XDS system.
