Alan:  Great, thanks!  Not too late -- I haven't bought anything for the project yet, and I was trying to devise a scheme for three bulbs in red, amber, and green.  And there it is!  Thanks much.

BTW: The application is for church.  We're going to put our services on local Branson TV.  The key sticking point is the length of the sermon -- tends to run way over.  So, the pastor agreed to a traffic signal for him to glance at -- starts out green for 15 minutes, then amber for 5, then red for hard stop.  A buzzer or klaxon would get me killed, but it might wake up the folks!
