[BC] Outside source for checking Modulation Levels

Curious, Cowboy, but are not bandwidth measurements to be taken at the transmitter, not "off-air"? 
If so, it matters not if there's a co-channel signal beating on you - you can accurately measure how much of the envelope one occupies.  Same with modulation - unless you are plugged into a sample port on an exciter or off of the directional coupler, I've never seen an accurate modulation reading.
