[BC] Tent caterpillar ( ? ) infestation

Likely dead from lack of moisture. Alive outside with moisture and food source. Draw in is likely a frequency/magnetic. We had flies like that for a couple of years. Moved the transmitters to a new home and added some mods to them and the problem disappeared. It was the only thing we could come up with.  The other transmitters on site did not have this problem.  Ours were solid state by the way.
